Autotask Highlighter is a free productivity tool developed by Intuitive IT for Autotask users. This Chrome extension aims to help users manage their time more effectively by highlighting the time in their Autotask worklist.
With Autotask Highlighter, users can easily identify the elapsed time for each ticket in their worklist. The extension applies different colors to the time based on predefined intervals. If the stopwatch is less than 15 minutes, the time will be highlighted in green. For durations between 15 and 45 minutes, it will be highlighted in orange. After 45 minutes, the time will be highlighted in red.
What sets Autotask Highlighter apart is its customization feature. Users can personalize the time intervals by selecting the options of the extension. This allows users to set their own thresholds and know when it's time to ask for help or prioritize their tasks accordingly.
In addition to the time highlighting feature, Autotask Highlighter also provides other useful updates. In version 1.4, tickets that are in progress or have customer notes added are highlighted in orange, helping technicians quickly identify which tickets to address next. Version 1.5 introduces the ability to customize the number of minutes for the orange and red intervals.
